To edit or update your personal information, log in to your account and click on 'My Page'. 
You can also edit your preferences from your account.

The invoice is not attached to the package. Contact global2@caolion.com for this issue.

  • Delivery may be delayed during the promotion. You can check the status of your order on [MY PAGE] - [My Order].
  • Your package may be in storage by customs or a local carrier. It is recommended that you contact your customs or local carrier with the tracking number. (We are not responsible for any duties/imports/taxes/other costs that you may incur)
  • If the product is out of stock or the promotion has ended, you will not be able to receive the same benefits even if there are canceled orders during the promotion.                
  • If the product is already sold out, or if the promotion has ended upon reordering after cancellation, the promotion benefits from the previous order cannot be applied.                                    

Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to change the item order shipping information/option.
Cancellation is only possible when the status is still 'Payment Completed'. 

After cancellation, it may be difficult to repurchase due to being out of stock.

Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email.
If you have not received the email, please inquire to global2@caolion.com.

If your order is missing, damaged, or you got the wrong package, please refer to the refund policy. 
In this case, CAOLION will proceed with the refund and the customer will not be responsible for the shipping fee.

To change your order or edit your order information, contact Global: global2@caolion.com immediately.
Once your order status is processed or shipped, it may not be able to change your order.

  • If your order status is 'Payment Completed'
    Log in to your account and click the Cancel Order button under 'My Order'.

  • If your order status is 'Processing' or 'Delivering'
    Since the package is already being packed or shipped, cancellation could not be processed.
