Return and Refund Guidance

1. Policy
            

• Exchange/return due to a simple change of mind, the customer must pay for the shipping cost unless there is a defect in the product.                                          
• Refunds, exchanges, or reward points are not provided for all 'Specific Promotion' and 'Gift' products.                               
• If the product is returned due to a simple change of mind, the wrong information on the recipient, or declined on the customs clearance, the shipping cost paid by the customer will not be refunded.                              
• All products received within 45 days of the transaction date will be eligible for a refund for the payment.                                      

2. How to Return

• Direct return
  
  

   Step1. Send return application to global2@caolion.com mail

               Title: "Return Request" (Customer Name / Return Product Name & Quantity / Order Number)

   Step2. Visit the nearest post office after completing the product packaging

   Step3. Send the tracking number to global2@caolion.com

   Step4. Refund process after receiving and inspecting the returned product
  
  
  

• Pick-up Service
  
  

   Step1. Send a return request letter to global2@caolion.com mail
              Title: "Return Request" (Customer Name / Return Product Name & Quantity / Order Number/Desired Pickup Date/Time/Pickup Address&Contact Name and phone number)
   Step2. Delivery very man will pick up* the package.
   Step3. Refund processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product
   * Please comply with the desired date and time of visit when requesting pickup service. (If you are absent, additional charges for revisiting will be charged to the customer.)
  
  

• Condition of the Return
  
  - All products must be returned in the same condition as the product received at the time of return. No signs of damage or use are acceptable, and these products are non-refundable or 
    non-returnable.
  - If the product has been damaged during the delivery, it will not be refundable or returned.
  - You must return the gift that you received along with the return or refund process.

3. Refund

• Please provide the order & invoice number of the returned product to global2@caolion.com.

• If you forward the invoice number to the mail at the above, a refund will be processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. 
  (It varies by card company, so please contact the card company for details.) In addition, CAOLION is not responsible for refunds for products that have not been returned.
